Notiamo Il caffè Vittorio Emanuele, oggi Harry's Bar e l'associazione pro Cernobbio oggi sede della canottieri Cernobbio. Alcune bellissime barche Lucia sono attraccate all'aiuola della piazza.

We are on the banks of Cernobbio in 1928. The photographer Piero Vasconi portrays a strong flooding of Lake Como. We note the Vittorio Emanuele coffee, today Harry's Bar and the pro Cernobbio association, today the headquarters of the Cernobbio rowers. Some beautiful Lucia boats are moored in the flower-bed of the square.
